Pro is the bookkeeper plan: unlimited statements, and the only plan that converts large or combined files. On Free and Starter each conversion is a single statement, so split a merged file and run them one at a time.
Questions
- Do you store my statements?
- No. They never leave your device. There is no upload, so there is nothing for us to store. Privacy details.
- What counts as a statement?
- One file is one statement. Free reads files up to 25 pages, Starter up to 40, and Pro has no page limit. The page limit only stops many statements being merged into one file — you are never charged per page.
- Do you email me?
- Only if you buy a plan and tick the optional box at checkout, and only occasional product updates. Free use needs no email at all, and we never see what you convert.
- Will I be charged after I cancel?
- No. Cancelling stops the next renewal immediately and you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends.
- Does it work with scanned statements and photos?
- Yes. Downloaded PDFs are read from their text; scans and phone photos are read on your device with OCR, then checked so the totals reconcile. A downloaded PDF is still the most reliable input.
