The service
LedgerClip is browser software that extracts transactions from PDF bank statements you supply and produces spreadsheet and accounting files. You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it. Extraction can be wrong when a statement uses an unusual layout, and the reconciliation check exists to help you catch that.
Plans and billing
The free plan allows a limited number of statements per month. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Gumroad, the merchant of record. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Refund requests within 14 days of a first purchase are honoured; write to support.
Acceptable use
Use LedgerClip only with statements you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to resell the service or to remove the free-plan limit by technical means beyond buying Pro.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, LedgerClip is not liable for losses arising from errors in extracted data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page changes when they are. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
